Strongly recommended for embroideries on stretchmaterials!
Stretch fabrics tend to get distorted during embroidering – that’s why an iron-on
embroidery nonwoven is a must. The ironed-on nonwoven gives knit materials and
fabrics with a high percentage of elastane a higher degree of firmness and stability and
prevents fabric distortion during stitching.
Processing Recommendations:
- Hoop the base fabric with the nonwoven in an embroidery hoop.
- Embroider the design.
- Remove the hoop and carefully tear away the nonwoven.

- STIFFY 1950B zuschneiden, indem die ganze Textilfläche, die versteift werden soll, bedeckt ist.
- Mit der beschichteten Seite (glatte Seite) auf die linke Warenseite des Textils aufbügeln bzw. aufpressen (Bügelpresse).
- Vlies und Textil in den Rahmen einspannen.
- Motiv sticken.
- Rahmen lösen.
- Nach dem Verpressen kann das Vlies nicht mehr entfernt oder geschnitten werden, es ist dauerhaft mit dem Stoff verbunden.
