Product description
Logos, emblems, patches need an optimal base fabric for stability and longevity. The type of textile determines the choice of base fabric for patches: sturdier or softer. Denim fabrics tolerate a firmer base fabric, T-shirts a softer base fabric. A twill weave of the base fabric is perfect for most patches. Small lettering and tiny details are more pronounced on base fabrics in plain weave.
Material Composition
(incl. nonwoven coating): 74% Polyester, 26% Cotton
Adhesive: 100% Polyethylene
Öko-Tex certified:
TWILLY and CANVAY are permanently bonded with a strong, thicker nonwoven, TWILLY SOFT and CANVAY SOFT with a soft, thinner nonwoven.
To choose the right base fabric, proceed
as follows:
- Regular Patches: TWILLY
- Regular patches, which are supposed to be soft: TWILLY SOFT
- Patches with small lettering: CANVAY
- Patches with small lettering which are supposed to be soft: CANVAY SOFT
