The stable, heavy embroidery stabilizer, 70 g/m², is a cut-away stabilizer.
Available in white.
When high stability is required in embroidery, cut-away stabilizers are the perfect choice. Thanks to their special construction and material composition, they are characterized by particularly high stitch stability.
The firm stabilizer makes the textile very stable for embroidery, providing perfect support. After embroidery, simply cut the stabilizer around the edge of the design. The remaining stabilizer inside the design will keep the embroidery stable for the entire lifetime of the textile. Even frequent wearing, washing, and ironing do not affect the stabilizer—it remains durable.
The slightly greater time needed to trim back the stabilizer pays off in the higher quality of the embroidery result.
Material Composition: 100% Polyester
STIFFY 1970 – for firm, heavy-weight fabrics
- Cut STIFFY 1970 slightly larger than the embroidery hoop.
- Hoop together with the fabric.
- Embroider the design.
- Remove the hoop.
- Turn the fabric inside out and carefully trim away STIFFY 1970 with scissors.
